Guwahati, November 6 — The Assam Police has announced that the skies over Guwahati will soon come alive with an extraordinary Indian Air Force (IAF) Flying Display as part of the 93rd Air Force Day celebrations.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), Assam Police informed that the Air Show will take place on November 9 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at Lachit Ghat, offering spectators a chance to witness the might and mastery of the IAF unfold above the Brahmaputra River.
The announcement read, “Just 3 days to go! The skies over Guwahati are about to come alive. Join the Air Show on 9th November, 1230–1400 hrs at Lachit Ghat, for the breathtaking IAF Flying Display 2025, part of the 93rd #AirForceDay celebrations.”
The upcoming event is expected to draw large crowds as residents and visitors gather along the riverfront to witness the thrilling aerial maneuvers and precision flying by IAF pilots.
Authorities have advised attendees to arrive early to secure good viewing spots and to follow all safety and traffic guidelines during the event.
