Guwahati: Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday announced the launch of recruitment for 2,350 posts in the Assam Police, offering a major opportunity for the state’s youth to join the force.
In a post on social media platform X, the Chief Minister said the recruitment process would be transparent and merit-based, encouraging eligible candidates to apply and prepare to serve the state with dedication and pride.
“The wait is over. Recruitment for 2,350 posts in Assam Police is now open, giving Assam’s youth the chance to serve the State with pride and purpose,” the Chief Minister stated.
