A significant meeting of the BJP Assam Pradesh was held at the party’s state headquarters in Guwahati on Thursday, with Himanta Biswa Sarma in attendance. The meeting was chaired in the presence of State BJP president Dilip Saikia.
Senior leaders, including Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, Assam Assembly election in-charge Baijayant Jay Panda, co in-charge Darshana Jardosh, state in-charge Harish Dwivedi and organisation general secretary Ravindra Raju, participated in the discussions.
According to the party, key organisational issues, future political strategies and matters related to Assam’s overall development were deliberated in detail.
Later, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, while sharing the update on social media, described the interaction as focused and forward-looking, stating that the BJP is fully prepared with renewed resolve and energy to take Assam’s development journey to the next level.
