Kamrup, Sept 1: In a major breakthrough, Kamrup Police have arrested two persons in connection with a firing incident reported under Rangia Police Station.
According to police sources, the case was solved following a detailed technical analysis carried out by the Officer-in-Charge of Rangia Police Station and his team. During the operation, police recovered a firearm, two magazines, eight live rounds, and the motorcycle allegedly used in the commission of the crime.
Both accused have been taken into custody, and necessary legal proceedings have been initiated against them. Police stated that further investigation is underway to ascertain additional details surrounding the incident.
