The foundation embodies the singer\u2019s compassion and his lifelong commitment to the welfare of Assam\u2019s creative community.<\/p>\n<p>Calling the initiative \u201ca way to keep Zubeen\u2019s legacy alive,\u201d CM Sarma said, \u201cThis is not just a symbolic gesture. It is our effort to ensure that Zubeen\u2019s humanitarian spirit continues to inspire generations and strengthen Assam\u2019s cultural roots.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Roi Roi Binale, set to release on October 31, holds special emotional value for fans across the state. The film, which Zubeen Garg was closely involved with, represents a story of love, memories, and unfulfilled dreams\u2014an artistic reflection of his deep bond with Assam.<\/p>\n<p>Through this decision, the Assam government has turned collective grief into purposeful action, converting policy into a lasting tribute.
