According to him, such appointments may have been necessary at the time they were made, but the current situation no longer requires their services.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is no benefit in keeping people unnecessarily. Employees are appointed based on need. If there is no requirement at present, they have been released,\u201d Dass said.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?height=314&#038;href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Freel%2F1673055823805523%2F&#038;show_text=false&#038;width=560&#038;t=0\" width=\"560\" height=\"314\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"true\" allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowFullScreen=\"true\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>He further stated that he had come across the issue through media reports but had not yet received any formal written complaint regarding the matter. He added that if any written representation or complaint is submitted, the authorities will examine it and take action in accordance with established rules and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>The remarks come amid discussions over the removal of some workers associated with government offices. Dass maintained that staffing decisions are being taken on the basis of actual requirements and administrative necessity.<\/p>\n<p>Ranjeet Kumar Dass, a senior BJP leader and four-time MLA, was
