The flag, which has dimensions of 120 X 80 feet, and weighs approximately half a ton, requires careful handling, for which a team of experts from M\/S Bajaj Electricals Limited, are on their way to Assam to complete necessary repair work.<\/p>\n<p>The National Flag was hoisted on October 2, 2018, by Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal. It is the highest National Flag in the country with respect to the average elevation of the city.
