Guwahati, May 26: Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday expressed gratitude to Tshering Tobgay for his visit and highlighted the growing partnership between Assam and Bhutan.
In a post shared on X, the Assam Chief Minister thanked the Bhutanese Prime Minister for the “wonderful visit and meaningful discussions,” emphasizing the importance of the long-standing relationship between Assam and Bhutan.
Sarma stated that Assam values its multifaceted partnership with Bhutan and expressed confidence that the ties would grow stronger in the coming days under the guidance of Narendra Modi.
