According to an official post shared by Guwahati Police on X, the accused has been identified as Nehar Begum (30). Police alleged that she was involved in drug peddling and was also a receiver of stolen goods.

During the operation, the police recovered 67 vials of heroin weighing approximately 78 grams, 214 empty vials, nine suspected stolen mobile phones, one suspected stolen tablet, one suspected stolen laptop, and ₹1,36,080 in cash. All the recovered items were seized as part of the investigation.
