Guwahati: Dr. B. Borooah Cancer Institute Guwahati and hospital, Reject Atal Amrit Abhiyan.

Dipali Phukan a woman suffering from cancer from last two years. Went to Dr.B. Borooah cancer Institute and hospital for treatment. Cancer patient Mrs. Phukan said that the hospital doctor refused to give her free treatment by using Atal Amrit Abhiyan card and asked her to arrange money for her further treatment.
