The channel is owned and operated by Rockland Media and Communication Pvt. Ltd., a private media company committed to promoting independent journalism and regional content. The leadership team of the company comprises two dynamic professionals — Mridul Kalita, who serves as the Chief Managing Director (CMD), and Mithumugdha Gohain, who also holds the position of Director.
