GUWAHATI: Ryann Maegen Hoven, aka Tess Holliday, is an American plus-size model. Holliday describes herself as a “body positive activist”.
She embraces the word ‘fat’ and advocates that people should be able to eat as much and whatever they want without suffering from social ostracism.
In 2013, she started her #effyourbeautystandards movement on the social media site Instagram.
