Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday expressed pride after a unique cultural moment saw Bihu celebrated aboard the International Space Station (ISS).
Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Sarma lauded astronaut Mike Fincke for marking the Assamese festival in space, calling it a “special gesture to Assam’s culture.”
